Start the New Year by nourishing your body, your breath, and your inner light. This free community mini-retreat invites you to soften, reset, and realign with what truly matters — your well-being and your relationship with yourself.
We’ll begin with Qigong and Gentle Yoga to release stress, clear stagnant energy, and soothe the nervous system. These mindful practices help us open space for clarity, healing, and possibility.
Then, we move into the “I Am” Mandala — a simple reflective art practice that encourages intention through embodiment, rather than pressure-filled resolutions. Instead of focusing on goals, we explore who we want to be —
I am grounded. I am healing. I am peaceful. I am open to joy.
Your mandala becomes a visual reminder to stay connected to self-care, balance, and wellness throughout the year
Open to all — no experience needed. Just bring comfy clothes, curiosity, and an open heart. Practice can be done seated or standing.
