Life Review workshop, two part series meeting Tuesday, October 8th and 15th, from 1:00pm-3:30pm at the Amherst Woman's Club, facilitated by Judith Breier.
$55 workshop fee (non-refundable)
The workshop provides an opportunity to reflect on our pasts. In Judith's words:

The practice of life review is like opening a beloved book, each chapter filled with the essence of our experiences. As we turn the pages, we begin to see the themes that have woven themselves through our lives. These themes are like constellations in the night sky, guiding us with their light. They reveal the lessons we’ve learned, the patterns we’ve followed, and the threads that connect our past to our present.

The workshop is limited to 12 participants; please add your name to the waiting list if the workshop is full, as we can schedule additional sessions.

Charge for the two part series is $55.
